Your Real Wealth Is Not Your Gold... :D

Assalamualaikum..hye hye guys !!

Aaahh..mid-sem break for the UMS students had started ! Meaning that, NO STRAINING LECTURES, NO TIRING PRACTICALS, NO PROGRAMMING TUTORIAL, NO SHOCKING POP-QUIZES,  NO 'SHIT'ING WAIT FOR THE MORNING BUSES (sorry T_T") , bla bla bla...NO NO NO EVERYTHING haha... for a whole week..yeah !! but..just need to study a little bit for the upcoming mid-term exams, which is just after the break..huhu.. T_T oh my !

OK..enough of the complains I made. People, please...please don't complain like me..complaining is not a good thing..it makes u think that all of the stuffs happening around you seems so burdening and stressing you out...it's not necessary..you can complain bout it but sometimes, but you need to give your student's life a chance to experience sorts of things that happened to you willingly or unwillingly..because later, you'll gonna miss the hectic life of a student..enjoy these chances while u still can !

Hehe..got nothing exciting actually to write about, I just thinking of sharing with u guys one thing.. (em, maybe more than one :P )
Hope if u guys can spend some times reading this, it won't be a waste of time
 ^_^

it's now or never !!

For those people out there that likely want to go on a dieting plan or wanting to lose some weights, here i got some tips that i randomly picked up from the internet..( I'm trying up some of these useful tips too and proudly to say that I had lose at about 5kg in three weeks ! wonderful, isn't it? ^_^ )




1st :: Drinking lots of plain water, not less than 2 liter per day ! 
( drinking 3-4 liter is good enough..)

Drink more plain water can enhance and boost your metabolisme to ease the process of food digestion and detoxification. To increase the water intake to your body in a day, you should not forget to also increase the physical activites that can make you sweats. When you sweats, your body will automatically needs more water intake.




2nd :: Eat 5 or 6 times in a day, but in smaller quantities ! 
 
Dieting doesn't mean that you to have starve yourself ! According to The Penn State University, consuming food in between 3 hours time can enhance your metabolism level. When your body consumes food, it will activate the metabolic reaction to process and digesting the calories and nutrition that we gained from our food intake. But, need to bear this in your mind that the food source itself should come from the original sources in order to get the right and to obtain the great deal of nutrition. FAST FOOD, CANNED FOOD or INSTANT FOOD will never helps you because they contain a great deal of sugar level ! Cutting off sugar intake may helps you to reduce more excessive weight.



3rd :: Weight-Training Exercises ? 
 
"Weight-Training" is a type of exercise that makes your muscles work out to enhance metabolic reaction to increase metabolisms. Eventhough you are an overweight or obesity person, you still need to practice this weight training exercise because it can help you to increase your muscle mass in the body and to facilitate the burning of your body fat layers.



4th :: Green Tea benefits

Green Tea contain a natural chemicals namely, "polyphenols" that has been classified as catechins. According to The University of Maryland Medical Center, the most activated catechin is EGCG (Epigallocatechin gallate) which the one that provides the ability to burn fat and calories. Green Tea also contains low level of caffeine to stimulate the senses and increase the metabolisms of your body.


5th :: Try up some Cardio Exercises !!
 
  Cardio or cardiac exercises includes all the exercises that trains and makes up your respiratory systems and build up your muscles endurance. The simple exercises that can be done by everybody are like jogging, or walking for a long distance, swimming, and so much more ! For women, shopping around the mall can do the trick ! :) By doing the cardiac exercise more frequently, you can improve the body metabolic rate because it involves the muscles straining and endurance to burn up fat and calories. Not only inducing the fat and calories burning, cardiac exercises will promise you a healthy cardiovascular system and makes your metabolism level at a good stage after doing the exercise.




6th :: Spicy Food.. hell yeah.. :)

Like spicy and hot hot hot food? Well, there's a good news...Spicy food contain a chemical compound that made up of capsaicin. It will increase the inner body temperature and makes your body easier to burn up fat and calories with the increment of your metabolic rate. In the end, your body weight can be reduced. And a fact, that is consuming spicy food could also controls your eating because when it got hotter and spicier, your voracious appetite will automatically shut down and eventually you will stop consuming excessive food ! 
Genius !!
